Exceptional Stay at Level Seattle – South Lake Union I had an outstanding experience at Level Seattle – South Lake Union. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and seamless. The gym is absolutely amazing—easily one of the best-equipped and most impressive fitness facilities I’ve seen in an apartment-style stay. The rooms themselves are very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and feel more like a high-end home than a short-term rental. The beds deserve special mention: extremely comfortable and perfect for getting a great night’s sleep. The amenities truly set this place apart. Having 24-hour access to the pools and hot tubs is a huge bonus, and the steam room with eucalyptus is the cherry on top—relaxing, refreshing, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, Level Seattle – South Lake Union delivers luxury, comfort, and top-tier service in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

I stayed at Level Seattle a few weeks ago as part of a large group of friends traveling in for a football game, and the experience was exceptional. Coordinating a busy weekend with a bigger group can be challenging, but the hotel made it feel effortless — especially thanks to the outstanding concierge service. Alex, the concierge, was absolutely amazing. He was welcoming, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable, helping our entire group with recommendations, directions, and logistics during a very busy game weekend. His ability to handle a large party with ease, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and elevated our stay. The experience was so positive that I’m returning this week with my family. That alone says everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I’m already looking forward to being back.

The layout of the hotel is a little confusing, and the parking garage is a labyrinth. The one thing that made this stay comfortable during a difficult time is the front desk staff. Andy was super friendly, incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. He's a valuable asset to this establishment.

Stayed here for 3 months. Had a really great time staying at Level Seattle: the staff was wonderful, (special shout to Joreen and Andy who always went over and above and were consumate professionals!) The amenities were great, the pool at the top has insane views, rock climbing, fully stocked gym, what more could you want? Lol. Super conveniently located, you can get a bus to downtown, capital hill north seattle, with great views no matter what room you're in. Wholefoods and District H are close by so you can buy groceries really easily. And also several restaurants nearby as well. The only downside is it is quite expensive and it does get a bit loud and rowdy on Saturdays. Other than that I had a great time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Very spacious accommodations complete with balcony, full kitchen + laundry in the unit. Modern, clean, and quiet with full control over thermostat. My only criticisms are (1) a lack of USB charging ports available and (2) the shower gets a bit chilly since the bathroom is spacious, the fan is always running, the water pressure is on the low side, and the shower curtain doesn't completely enclose the tub. Would stay here again, however.

Stayed here for 5 days. Pet friendly. Easy parking at the garage. Lots of EV chargers. Text concierge makes it easy to communicate with the hotel staff. **Shout out to Alex!** Rooms are nice. They DO need to be fixed up though. My first room had a malfunctioned ice machine that made extremely loud noises. Almost like pounding noises. They eventually moved me to a second room. The second room was nicer overall but I noticed lots of stuff coming off the walls. Overall great place. Just needs to be fixed up.

I have enjoyed staying here many times with my husband and family. Year round the amenties can not be beat. It's a great hotel for just my husband and I to relax at but just as amazing when we bring our children. We've had the pleasure of Alex checking us in several times and he's always made us feel welcomed back even remembered us and our kids. His reecmendations for dinner and places to take the kids while visiting from Vancouver Canada were an amazing touch and were on point. Our first choice whenever coming to Seattle is always Level. Thanks again Alex for the amazing hospitality even when we showed well past check in time. He went out of his way when we were passing through the lobby to ensure we were pleased with our room.

Level Hotel has been my go-to accommodation for work trips to Seattle due to its convenient location near my office. The suites are absolutely gorgeous. Every room is spacious, well-appointed, and feels like a true home away from home. The design and comfort level are exceptional. The staff deserves special recognition for their patience and kindness. Since I'm not from the area, I constantly had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel; and I mean constantly. My coworkers and I would order multiple packages throughout our stays, and the front desk team was always incredibly gracious about collecting and organizing everything for us without a hint of annoyance. That level of hospitality really stands out. Room service was consistently impeccable. The housekeeping staff kept our suites pristine, and every stay was comfortable from start to finish. The overall quality of service made our work trips much more pleasant. My only issue, and the reason I'm not giving five stars, is the noise from neighboring rooms. On multiple occasions, there were loud parties in nearby suites, and despite reaching out to the front desk for assistance, the response time wasn't as quick as I would have hoped. For business travelers who need rest after long work days, this was frustrating. Despite the noise concerns, Level Hotel remains a top choice for Seattle stays. The beautiful accommodations and genuinely friendly staff make it worth returning to.
